Men's Steps

(The woman is in standard dance position in front of the man)

1. Step forward with the LF a short step toward the left side of the woman (Q) (Woman is on the right side of the man right hip to right hip)

2. Rock back onto the RF (Q)

3 - 4. Step back with the LF (S) (Man flairs woman 1/2 turn right so her left hip is next to man's right hip, woman is still on the right side of the man)

5 - 6. Rock forward onto the RF (S) (Man flairs woman 1/2 turn left so her right hip is next to man's right hip, woman is still on the right side of the man)

7. Step forward with the LF a short step (Q) (Woman is on the right side of the man right hip to right hip)

8. Rock back onto the RF (Q)

9 - 10. Step back with the LF (S) (Man flairs woman 1/2 turn right so her left hip is next to man's right hip, woman is still on the right side of the man)

11. Rock forward onto the RF (S) (Man flairs woman 1/2 turn left so

12. she is in front of the man)

13. Step forward with the LF toward 10:30 between the woman's feet (Q)

14. Step side right with the RF toward 12:00 facing 9:00 (Q)

15. Slide the LF to the RF slowly and touch the LF next to the RF

16. with the left heel slightly up (S)

Women's Steps

(The man is in standard dance position in front of the woman)

1. Step back with the RF a short step (Q) (Man is on the right side of the woman right hip to right hip)

2 Rock forward onto the LF (Q)

3 - 4. Step forward with the RF and make 1/2 turn right (flair) (S) (Woman's left hip is next to man's right hip)

5 - 6. Step forward with the LF and make 1/2 turn left (flair) (S) (Woman's right hip is next to man's right hip)

7. Step back with the RF a short step (Q) (Man is on the right side of the woman right hip to right hip)

8. Rock forward onto the LF (Q)

9 - 10. Step forward with the RF and make 1/2 turn right (flair) (S) (Woman's left hip is next to man's right hip)

11 - 12. Step forward with the LF and make 1/2 turn left (flair) (S) (Woman is in front of the man)

13. Step back with the RF toward 10:30 facing 4:30 (Q)

14. Step side left with LF toward 12:00 and facing 3:00 (Q)

15 - 16. Slide the RF to the LF slowly and touch the RF next to the LF with right heel up (S)
