• Resell, sublicense, syndicate, or otherwise commercially exploit the directory data, or create a derivative product, database, or competing directory from it.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any rate-limiting, pagination, access control, honeypot, or other technical measure intended to protect the Service.
• Use the contact information of listed businesses for unsolicited marketing, spam, or any purpose other than a genuine inquiry as a prospective customer.

Violation of this section is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access, civil liability, and referral to law enforcement.

4. Intellectual Property

All directory content, including selection, arrangement, descriptions, and editorial annotations, is the property of Party Directory or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, database, and other intellectual-property laws.
