Help me plan

You don't need more options. You need someone who gets it.

Six weeks, side by side. I'll build your plan, hand you the shortlist, and stay in your pocket until the last kid goes home. Ask me anything, any day, answered within 12 hours.

About 10 minutes. Your plan lands within 48 hours.

The hard part was never finding a bounce house.

It's the 11pm spiral. Is this budget insane. Is that place already booked. Why has nobody RSVP'd. What if it rains. What if her whole class shows up and I made twelve goody bags.

Those worries don't hit all at once. They arrive on a schedule, roughly the same one for everybody, and every parent meets each one alone at midnight thinking they're the only one who didn't have this figured out.

So I built the schedule.

How we'll work together

Each phase, the one thing that matters that phase. Nothing before you need it. And the hotline is open the entire time.

  1. Right away

“I don't even know where to begin.”

Tell me about your kid and your budget. Plan it all this weekend or one piece at a time, we go at your pace. I build the plan; you stay in control.

  2. First things first

“Is this going to cost more than I think?”

A clear breakdown of where the money goes, and where to trim without anyone noticing.

  3. A few weeks in

“Are the good places already booked?”

Who to call first, what to ask, and whether your quote is fair. I'll tell you if it's a yes or a keep-looking.

  4. Around 5 weeks out

“Will the right number of people come?”

When to send invites, how to read the RSVPs, and the food-and-favor math so you're never caught short. The quiet after you send is normal; I'll show you what it usually means.

  5. The week before

    “What if something goes sideways?”

A backup plan in writing, and someone to text if a vendor goes quiet or the forecast turns. You're not troubleshooting alone.

  6. The final stretch

    “I know I'm forgetting something.”

We run the last little list together, the cake, the favors, the easy-to-miss things. I'll make calls for you if you want. Mostly, this is me reminding you you've done the work.

  7. Anytime

    “The entertainer just cancelled.”

The hotline's open the whole way. Email me anything, answered within 12 hours. No question too small.

Coming up sooner than six weeks?

The six weeks won't fit, but you're not stuck. Start with the directory, filter to your area, and start calling. Or email hello@partydirectory.com with your date and I'll send you a few places that can still say yes.
